White Paper Overview

New technologies tend to be viewed in extremes. Machine Learning is no exception. Either there are concerns because people have little to no experience with the new technology, or there is so much enthusiasm that we think the technology will solve all the challenges that have been insufficiently addressed in the past. People want to “throw it at everything,” so to speak. Going down either path can cause problems, so it’s important to have a good understanding as this technology becomes more prevalent in industrial automation.
